Physiotherapy at Lumarise focuses on supporting movement, confidence and independence — particularly for older adults.
I offer personalised 1:1 sessions, home visits, and group sessions within care homes and assisted living settings. My work includes falls prevention, improving mobility and strength, building confidence, and supporting overall physical wellbeing.
I also provide rehabilitation following surgery, helping individuals regain function safely and progressively.
With a specialist background in respiratory physiotherapy within the NHS, I am experienced in supporting individuals with conditions such as COPD and other chronic respiratory conditions, using breathing techniques, exercise and education to improve quality of life.

Hypnotherapy offers a calm, focused space to create positive and lasting change. Sessions can support areas such as anxiety, stress, sleep difficulties, weight management, confidence and phobias. By working with the subconscious mind, hypnotherapy can help shift unhelpful patterns, reduce overwhelm and support a greater sense of calm and control.

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive therapy that works with the body’s natural energy systems to support relaxation and balance.
During a session, clients remain fully clothed while lying comfortably, as light touch or hands held just above the body are used to guide energy where it is needed. Many people experience a deep sense of calm, warmth or stillness. From a nervous system perspective, Reiki helps the body shift out of a stress response into a state where rest and repair and healing can take place.
Reiki can be particularly helpful for reducing stress and anxiety, improving sleep, supporting emotional release, and creating a sense of grounding and inner calm. It works beautifully alongside other therapies, helping to support both physical and emotional wellbeing.

Lumarise also offers wellbeing support for individuals, teams and organisations.
Sessions can focus on stress management, burnout, nervous system regulation, relaxation, breathwork and gentle movement, alongside hypnotherapy-based support where appropriate.
These can be delivered as one-off workshops or ongoing programmes, supporting staff wellbeing, resilience and overall workplace health.

Past Life Regression is a gentle, guided form of hypnotherapy that allows you to explore deeper layers of the subconscious mind.
In a deeply relaxed state, you may access memories, imagery or symbolic experiences that can offer insight into patterns, emotions or challenges you are currently experiencing. For some, this is experienced as past life memories; for others, it may feel more like meaningful stories or subconscious narratives.
The focus is not on proving past lives, but on the healing and understanding that can come from the experience.
At Lumarise, Past Life Regression is approached in a safe, grounded and supportive way, drawing on my clinical background alongside hypnotherapy training. Sessions are designed to help you explore:
• Repeating patterns or behaviours
• Unexplained fears or emotional responses
• A sense of being “stuck” or disconnected
• Personal insight, meaning and self-understanding
Each session is guided at your pace, with a strong emphasis on feeling safe, relaxed and in control throughout.
