Children’s Yoga

Lumarise Kids Yoga offers fun, engaging sessions designed to support both physical and emotional wellbeing. Term-time classes currently run at Halam Village Hall for children aged 5–8 years, alongside school holiday workshops for ages 5–11. Sessions combine movement, mindfulness, breathwork and relaxation to support confidence, focus and emotional regulation.

I also offer sessions within nurseries and primary schools, including baby and toddler yoga, creating calm, supportive environments for younger children to begin developing early emotional regulation and body awareness.

Children’s hypnotherapy is a gentle and effective way to support emotional wellbeing. Sessions are adapted to be engaging and age-appropriate, helping with anxiety, school worries, sleep difficulties, confidence, exam stress and phobias. The focus is on helping children feel safe, understood and empowered giving them simple tools they can carry into everyday life.
